Your order will be made and dispatched within 5 working days. Bespoke items may take up to 10 days depending on the type of item(s) wanted, (for example, signs or large volume orders).

We try to ship as quickly as possible but please allow this time due to high volumes of requests.

If your order is urgent, please send a message and we will do our best to accommodate.

Once your item(s) has been shipped it should take 3-5 working days to arrive with standard delivery.

We only ship the UK. This is due to extra charges, expenses and delays that come with delivering internationally.

We definitely welcome custom orders. Please get in contact if you have an idea to see how we can help you.

Some custom orders are straightforward, such as personalisation of an existing design. Others are more complex, such a bespoke designs and therefore take a little longer to fulfil.

We accept cancellations or changes up to 2 hours after confirmation. After that amount of time, we cannot accept either due to the nature of the work we do.

Please double check all requests/spellings before the order is placed.

Some of our items are eligible for our 14 day refund policy. If your product is faulty or damaged, you can send it back to us for a refund or item exchange within 14 days of receiving it.

Please note, there is no reimbursement for return shipping.

If you would like to return an item, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the problem.

Eligibility for a refund:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition your received it
  • The item must be faulty or damaged, we do not accept refunds if you change your mind
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Once we receive your return we will inspect the item then send an email to notify you on the status of your refund. If the refund is approved, a credit will be sent to your original method of payment
  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable

Shipping to the UK is free when you spend over £30. When you spend less than £30 there is a £1.99 delivery charge.
